As we close 2023, we reflect in the work we do and the people we represent. It has been an honor to fight for justice for individuals against greedy corporations. We look forward to the year ahead, where we will present one case in front of the Nebraska Supreme Court, and then we’ll head into two trials soon after. We are proud of the work that we do and the people we represent.<\/div>\n

This year, we saw our firm grow with the addition of another attorney and one new paralegal. Next year, we are set to welcome two law clerks from the University of Nebraska College of Law. We continue to grow and cultivate co-council partners to help Spanish speakers have access to the legal services they deserve. We are excited for what our ever-growing, talented team can achieve!<\/div>\n

Since our trial winning streak earlier\u00a0this year insurance companies have been paying our clients more, and faster. We will continue do demonstrate an unwavering passion to pursue full and complete justice for each of our injured clients.<\/div>\n

    This year, thanks to the generosity of many friends and organizations, we are able to help 45 students reach their True Potential through quality, affordable education.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    The Free Legal Clinic continues to be a resource for accessing reliable legal guidance in Spanish, this work could not be done without the help of attorneys who give their time and talents to this cause: Julia Cryne, Larry Jarvis, Deanna Pina, Daniel Martin and Ross Pesek.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    In 2023 we hosted two Planting Days through the South Omaha Business Improvement District for planter maintenance in our street, over 40 volunteers of all ages, organized by Pesek Law, planted 600+ plants in the planters along the commercial corridor.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Pesek Law donated over $25,000 to various community initiatives focused on South Omaha-based youth activities and athletic leagues.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
