Appreciation for the Volunteer Attorneys of the Free Legal Clinic<\/h3>\n

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude for the time and talent that the volunteer attorneys of the Free Legal Clinic have dedicated to increasing access to free basic legal advice in Spanish for our community in South Omaha. The Free Legal Clinic would not be possible without the generous support of the attorneys who offer their time every Monday.<\/p>\n

We would especially like to recognize attorney Deanna Pina, who has taken on a new role at the Department of Homeland Security. We send her our best wishes in this new chapter and are deeply grateful for the years of dedication she offered as a volunteer at the Free Legal Clinic. Thank you, Deanna!<\/p>\n

Additionally, we extend our gratitude to Sandra<\/a> and Larry Jarvis<\/a>, a husband-and-wife team of attorneys who have generously shared their time and talent over the past several years. Sandra and Larry are specialists in immigration law, and we thank their offices, Jarvis Criminal and Immigration Law, as well as Clarkson and Blakeman, for allowing them to share their expertise with the community.<\/p>\n

Finally, we would like to deeply thank our attorneys at Pesek Law, Daniel Martin and Ross Pesek, for their unwavering commitment to ensuring there is always an attorney available at the Free Legal Clinic. Their dedication and service are truly admirable, and we greatly value their support.<\/p>\n

Free Legal Clinic<\/h4>\n

The Free Legal Clinic provides free legal consultations in Spanish every Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the parish offices of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in South Omaha. Since 2011, the attorneys have provided over 500 free consultations annually to individuals seeking basic legal guidance and resources. This work is vital in preventing fraud, directing individuals to organizations that can assist them, and providing peace of mind by ensuring that honest attorneys are guiding them. Important Announcement<\/h4>\n

The Free Legal Clinic will be closed for the holiday season on December 23, December 30, and January 6. We will resume activities on Monday, January 13, to begin our 14th year of service to the community.<\/p>\n
