LINDA VILLARREAL

Biography

Linda has been with Pesek Law since 2017. She communicates with clients, gathering necessary documents and information to begin building their legal case. She conducts all initial research and provides information to the attorney. With her experience and training, Linda drafts the first copy of legal documents, organizes all legal documents in a confidential way. Linda contacts witnesses, records interviews with witnesses, review police reports and composing legal documents like contractual agreements or affidavits; she's responsible for assisting the attorney by organizing documents before a trial, indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders.

Linda lives in Council Bluffs with her daughter Annelle.

History

Linda, began her assistant position in April of 2017 making her the newest member of the team.

Linda, is married and has four older children and a four-year-old granddaughter that she loves very much.
