Our mission: Helping young immigrants reach their True Potential through quality, affordable education.

The True Potential scholarship began by focusing on creating opportunities for young immigrants who have Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Temporary Protected Immigration Status (TPS) and later expanded to include all immigrants. These individuals are not eligible for any public benefits, including federal financial aid and many scholarships. The idea for this scholarship was born from experience.

Ross and Karen recognize that without the support and generosity of scholarship donors, reaching their True Potential would have been much more challenging. For this reason, when they saw an opportunity to help others obtain a quality, affordable education, they established the True Potential scholarship program.
